Where can I buy your products?

We work with many food service distributors across the US. Please contact us for a list of distributors in your area.

You can also order directly from us through the BOTTLEBOX ® shop.

How to request samples?

Please submit your sample request here. Please allow two to three business days to process requests. Sample requests ship via FedEx Ground daily at 3:00 PM PST. If expedited shipping is needed, please provide a shipping account number.

Where can I find the BOTTLEBOX® prices?

Web shop prices are available in the BOTTLEBOX® shop.

Where can I find product dimensions?

For product dimensions, please refer to our catalogs and BOTTLEBOX® shop. Please note that the product dimensions listed are external dimensions including tabs and locks.

Can I put your products in the freezer?

Our products are not intended for use or exposure to temperatures below zero (0°) degrees Fahrenheit.

Can I put your products in the oven?

Our products are not intended for use or exposure to temperatures above 150° degrees Fahrenheit, so do not put them in the oven.

Which BOTTLEBOX® products are microwavable?

The BOTTLEBOX® is made from the BOTTLEBOX - Recycle Icon 1 rPET and is NOT microwavable!

Only the BOTTLEBOX - Recycle Icon 5 polypropylene containers are microwavable. Only microwave containers that have a “microwaveable” message on it. DO NOT microwave the BOTTLEBOX - Recycle Icon 1 PET.

Is the BOTTLEBOX® recyclable?

All clear and colored the BOTTLEBOX - Recycle Icon 1 BOTTLEBOX® containers are recyclable.

*Please check locally if your recycler accepts black containers, both  the BOTTLEBOX - Recycle Icon 1PET and the BOTTLEBOX - Recycle Icon 5PP.

What is the percentage of recycled PET in the BOTTLEBOX®?

The BOTTLEBOX® containers contain a minimum of 50% and up to 80% post-consumer recycled PET.

How to request custom packaging, embossing, and color or print?

We would love to help with your packaging solution. With the flexibility in the BOTTLEBOX®, we can customize our existing products by embossing your logo or developing a new color to match your brand. Custom packaging is available for a minimum of 800,000 pieces per year. Please briefly describe what you are looking for in our contact us form and we will get right back to you.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and AMEX. Order must be placed on the BOTTLEBOX® shop without exception.

Do I need a PayPal account to make the payment?

You don’t need a PayPal account to check out. You can proceed to check out as a guest and pay with your debit or credit card.

Do you offer customer pickups for your product?

We don’t offer customer pickups at our locations. All orders must be shipped via FedEx.

What is the order minimum?

Our order minimum is one case.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed on our site are usually processed and shipped within 72 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, regardless of the shipment method chosen. Choosing Expedited Delivery (e.g. Next Day or Second Day Delivery) at an additional charge may reduce the amount of time your order spends in transit. As an example, West Coast to East Coast takes approximately 5 days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive once shipped?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once shipped, your order may take from 3 to 5 business days depending on our location.

*Please note that once your package is in transit, we are not responsible for delay due to inclement weather occurring along the shipment route.

How to return an item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out the contact us form within 45 days of purchase for an exchange, refund or merchandise credit. Credit is not issued for shipping and handling charges, PayPal, credit card or similar fees. We only accept the return of new, unused and complete product cases and DPI does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center, postage prepaid. Please note that you will receive your refund, minus from the original shipping fee and from return shipping fee, to your original payment. Once we receive your email via the contact us form, we will send you a prepaid label.

How to cancel an order?

How do I change my shipping address?

How do I pick a shipping options when it shows “No shipping options were found”?

If your overall order exceeds 150 lbs, you will see the message “No shipping options were found.” When this happens, please split the items in your cart into multiple transactions. For example, if you have 20 cases of the BOTTLEBOX® in your cart and you receive this message, please split up your order into two transactions of 10 cases each to avoid going over the 150 lbs limit.

How to request tracking information?

Tracking confirmation will be sent to your email once the label is created within 72 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you don’t have the confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free via FedEx Ground shipping for orders over $200 with coupon code BOTTLEBOX Ground in the 48 contiguous United States. Sorry, but this offer is not for recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam.  However, we will offer 10% off with coupon code BOTTLEBOX US for all orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam going forward. To receive the free shipping or 10% off offer, the coupon code must be applied during the checkout process. For other delivery methods, US shipping rates will be added. Please contact us for shipping options outside of the United States and Canada.

Where is my order shipped from?

Orders are typically shipped from Azusa, California. Depending on the products, it may also ship from Salinas, California and Rockingham, North Carolina.
